Yes! We service all mountain communities including Big Bear, Lake Arrowhead, Wrightwood, Running Springs, Crestline, Sugarloaf, and Lytle Creek. Our mountain area service call is $150 for a 4-hour window, and we provide the same high-quality service and 90-day warranty on all repairs.

Our service call pricing is based on your location:

• $60 - High Desert Area (Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, Adelanto)
• $70 - Inland Empire Area (Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, San Bernardino, Redlands)
• $80 - Extended High Desert (Oak Hills, Phelan, Pinon Hills, Oro Grande, Helendale)
• $150 - Mountain Areas (Big Bear, Wrightwood, Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs, Crestline)

The service fee is credited towards any repairs performed.

All repairs come with a comprehensive 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within 90 days, we'll fix it at no additional charge!

4. Repair: Most repairs are completed same-day. The service fee is credited toward the repair

Yes, someone 18 or older needs to be present during the service call for access to the appliance and to approve any repairs needed.

If a part needs to be ordered, we'll typically receive it within 1-3 business days and schedule a follow-up appointment to complete the repair. You'll only pay the service fee on the first visit, and the part/labor cost when the repair is completed.
